Development
Timetooth develops embedded systems for the control and operation of products. Timetooth offers comprehensive solutions from conceptualization to hardware and software development, prototyping and testing. Timetooth utilizes in-house teams, domain experts, manufacturing and testing partners and global component sourcing to deliver turnkey solutions.
Electronics
Timetooth offers a complete array of embedded engineering services, including Hardware Architecture, Component Selection, Communication, IO, Interface and Power circuits as well as custom PCB development. The system is designed to meet performance, EMI/EMC, reliability, power and thermal requirements.
Software
Using the latest technology stack, Timetooth develops firmware and software for control, interfacing, protocol conversion, user interaction (HMI), network communication and IoT in C/C++, Python and Model Based Development (NI LabView/MATLAB).
Mechanical
Timetooth designs and realizes plastic and/or metallic enclosures to meet the Structural, functional, EMI/EMC, IP and thermal requirements. The service includes selection of connectors and other components, routing wiring harnesses and power supply configuration.
Prototyping
Prototyping is expedited with an in-house facility for prototype manufacturing, as well as a supply chain of component manufacturers and suppliers. Timetooth develops and realizes prototypes using plastics, machined metals, sheet metals and additive manufacturing. PCBs, and harnesses are efficiently sourced from the ecosystem.
Validation
In order to validate the design, we integrate the system and test its functionality and reliability. Tests are conducted for validation of IP, Shock & Vibration, Thermal, EMI/EMC and Transportation requirements. Test automation systems are developed and SIL, and HIL testing is performed. Timetooth assists with field trials and integration. Timetooth documents design and manufacturing processes conforming to international standards and regulations and ISO13485, CE and FDA certifications.
