Janhavi is a design enthusiast who loves to explore new possibilities through simulation engineering in design and development. She gets excited about technological advancements elevating working practices.

With more than 14 years of virtual engineering experience, she specializes in Impact Energy Management, Nonlinear Implicit / Explicit Analysis, Fluid Structure Interaction Analysis, Structural analysis and Design Optimization. By using simulation throughout the design cycle, she is able to explore multiple design alternatives, make informed decisions, and verify the performance of the product.

Janhavi is a leader and drives the team to success by analyzing each team member and assigning them work accordingly. She is currently leading upcoming business initiatives of Timetooth Aerospace including Aircraft seats. She is involved in overall project management including conceptualisation, prototyping, testing and certification by the Indian Civil Aviation Authority DGCA (Director General of Civil Aviation).

Janhavi is an avid reader of all genres of books, including fiction. She relishes spending time with her son playing indoor and outdoor games. She also enjoys running and has completed multiple half marathons.

Yogesh is a born engineer with a keen interest in developing complex products. He uses fundamentals coupled with a systems engineering approach to simplify product development. The explorer in him loves to combine multiple-physics disciplines and design-thinking to arrive at a solution that delights users.

He started his career with Timetooth and specialized in multi-body dynamics working on automotive and material handling applications. He also led the development of indigenous aircraft landing gear by a private Indian company for the first time in India.

He previously co-founded a startup to combat rising air pollution in India. He was leading product development and operations and was closely working with the team to help them achieve their goals. This innovation has won prestigious global awards and was covered widely in the Indian media. He applies his entrepreneurial learnings to Timetooth’s growth.

Yogesh heads strategic multi-disciplinary projects and pushes Timetooth’s envelope into new domains. He is currently leading multiple Military and Medical projects including Exoskeleton Systems development. He is involved in anthropomorphic mechanism design, use of new-age materials, musculoskeletal analysis, advanced control strategies, and embedded systems.

Yogesh is a tech enthusiast who is believed to be a computer doctor by people around him. He loves to play video games and read in his free time. He also enjoys exploring the world through traveling.

Ashutosh brings almost two decades of experience setting up and scaling businesses in a variety of domains like education, e-commerce and logistics. As a key member of management teams with various organizations, he has been instrumental in envisaging, formulating and actualizing business strategies – often from scratch. Ashutosh is a maverick who loves venturing into unknown terrains and entry into new markets has always been of interest to him. He has worked with multiple Indian companies to make inroads in the American, European and Middle East markets. 

At Timetooth, Ashutosh develops and implements strategies for scaling-up Timetooth’s products. Specialized in client account management, he focuses on growing and nurturing. He is currently making forays with civil aviation and aircraft OEMs for Timetooth’s seating systems and landing gears. He is also expanding the Timetooth business in international markets with his rich experience. 

Ashutosh is a sports enthusiast and writes a well-known Marathi blog about sports. He is passionate about theatre and enjoys listening to Indian classical music. Among other accomplishments, he has compèred many musical shows and college fests.
