Girish Kulkarni is the Founder and Managing Director of Suyash Advisors, managing $500 million of investment in Indian publicly traded equities, private unlisted companies and real estate. Girish has a rich experience of over 40 years in different aspects of the Indian capital markets.

In his initial years, Girish worked with ICICI and ICICI securities (joint venture with JP Morgan). Girish has also Founded TDA Capital India managing the India Technology Fund, an early stage venture fund, invested in IT and BPO Services companies. He has extensive public markets experience, having been involved in more than 30 IPOs in the Indian capital market and several M&A assignments. Girish specializes in bringing a Private Equity approach to investments across sectors and life stages. Girish has successfully mentored multiple entrepreneurs with their rapid scale-up efforts.

Girish along with Suyash Advisors is the largest investor in Timetooth Technologies. Girish fully backs the Timetooth founders vision and advises on the strategic scale-up opportunities. Girish is optimistic about Timetooth’s business potential in the rapidly growing indigenous technology development market.

Girish is also a trustee of Raah foundation, a social enterprise working to address and eradicate grassroots poverty in Maharashtra via strategic interventions.

Sudhakar started his career as Senior Engineer at Mechanical Dynamics Inc., developer of ADAMS. At the Daimler Chrysler Technology Center, Sudhakar was responsible for the chassis loads analysis for durability as well as ride and handling simulations. Later, Sudhakar supervised the stress lab and then went on to manage the entire loads development and durability testing group for all Chrysler programs. 

Sudhakar is reputed as a technical expert in dynamics and durability of vehicles. Sudhakar has been a coveted consultant in the North-American automotive industry. 

Sudhakar is also an investor in Timetooth, and represents Timetooth in the US via T-Squared Technologies Inc. Sudhakar also educates the young Timetooth engineers in areas of vehicle dynamics, vibrations and controls, and advises on various technically challenging Timetooth projects. 

In his leisure time, Sudhakar loves to travel with family to different geographies and explore cultures. In recent years, Sudhakar has set-up and is running his own organic farming plantation in India.

Janhavi is a design enthusiast with a strong commitment to exploring innovative possibilities through simulation engineering. Her passion for the field is driven by ever-evolving advancements in technology, which continually inspire her to push the boundaries of what’s achievable.

She began her career at Timetooth and has since established herself as an influential contributor to the development of cutting-edge products that leverage advanced simulations and creative design strategies. With more than 14 years of virtual engineering experience, she specializes in Impact Energy Management, Nonlinear Implicit / Explicit Analysis, Fluid Structure Interaction Analysis, Structural analysis and Design Optimization. By using simulation throughout the design cycle, she is able to explore multiple design alternatives, make informed decisions, and verify the performance of the product.

Her leadership is evident in how she motivates, elevates and empowers teams to reach their full potential. Her analytical approach to understanding team members fosters a cohesive team dynamic and ultimately drives success. She is currently leading upcoming business initiatives of Timetooth Aerospace including Aircraft seats. She is involved in overall project management, including conceptualization, prototyping, testing, and certification by the Indian Civil Aviation Authority DGCA (Director General of Civil Aviation) & Military Authority CEMILAC. She is committed to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of technological advancements to drive future innovations.

Janhavi is an avid reader of all genres of books. She relishes spending time with her son playing indoor and outdoor games. She also enjoys running and has completed multiple half marathons.
