Timetooth initiated the project with the study of the design model shared by the client and meshing of the vehicle as per the standards. Operational thermal conditions were defined jointly by the Timetooth team with the RV OEM team for analysis. Necessary boundary conditions were mapped for thermal analysis. Simulations were used to predict the thermal insulation of the RV superstructure in different weather conditions. Further simulation results were interpreted and specific design directions were shared with the client.
